About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Registered Architect to join our dynamic team at Edge Architects Pty Ltd in Thebarton, South Australia. As a Registered Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and delivery of cutting-edge architectural projects, contributing to the strategic objectives of our growing practice.

What you'll be doing
  • Conceptualise and develop innovative design solutions for a diverse range of educational, residential, commercial, and public projects
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and the broader project team to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure the efficient and effective completion of projects
  • Preparation of design documentation, including plans, specifications, and project management materials for construction
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the design, documentation, and construction process
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design and delivery processes

What We Are Looking For

  • Recognised degree in Architecture and registration as an Architect in South Australia 
  • Minimum 3 years of post-registration experience in architectural design documentation and project delivery in Australia
  • Demonstrated expertise in a range of architectural design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Commitment to sustainable design principles and a passion for creating high-quality, environmentally-friendly built environments
